Cellar underneath with an excellant house band every first Friday of each month. Jazz is New Orleans style, with a lead singer and horn reminiscent of Louis Armstrong, and an overall strong cast of soloists in their own right. The Unnerhaus Jazz Band sponsors, hosts, and participates in a number of summer jazz festivals in the area as well, bringing in jazz acts from around the world. The Unnerhaus itself seats about 35-40 people, and fills up comfortably every performance night. Admission is usually about 8 euro, or 5 euro after 2200 or 2300. Best to reserve a table in advance if you have a group, otherwise seats at the bar may be scarce. Excellant show, with good food, drink, and local company available, too!
